Pay is good/competitive. Some colleagues are great. Some opportunities for advancement.

Cons

Management have no care at all, only focused on money and ludicrously lofty monthly goals. Complete disinterest in nearly all staff, methods of contact to them are ignored or worse actively blocked. Unbelievably poor communication. Some staff make for a very toxic work environment. Very slow progression, lots of promises of advancement but little result.

Poor management in Manufacturing and very toxic environment, very very political you have to be a sheep and can't challenge the decisions
