      A great company if you want to work in the high technology sector. You can quickly expand your job responsibilities if you're willing to go "the extra mile". The opportunity to travel and interact with various cultures is an added plus.

      Cons

      The company has expanded senior management without clearly defining their respective roles. Decisions that once came quickly now tend to be bogged down with bureaucracy.
