      Best company to work for in the aviation simulation world. Good on your resume if you want to go elsewhere.

      Cons

      Hard to move up in your own site. Your only chance to move up is if someone leaves or willing to relocate to other states.

      Pros

      Caring, proactive, great work environment. The employees are valued and treated well. The mission of the company is to ultimately save lives and educate.

      Cons

      Processes are sometimes slow to change. But eventually good ideas come through. Upper management doesn't always show their presence.

      Get experience, exposure to clients, international travel, sophisticated products. Hire new graduates without experience. Multicultural employees and clients.

      Cons

      Irregular working hours, return date of field assignment unknown, has to split vacation time to avoid delaying work, does not use the French language of the province of Quebec except for layoff notice. Fear is the main motivation technique. Has some cults caracteristics.
