      Pros

      Overtime paid. Flexi working. Nice location and plenty of free parking.

      Cons

      Managed by pilots not Managers so severely lacking in leadership skills. One puppeteer controlling remainder of Management puppets. HR are not impartial but merely there to do what Management say. No-one to turn to if you are having issues as they don't even follow their own policies & procedures.

      Pros

      Work-life balance, pension plan, vacation, work from home, free parking, children's Christmas party, three option of extended benefits.

      Cons

      Ration of employees and executives is uneven. Many long standing employees share their sense of entitlement. Lack of professional growth and training. Lay-offs are frequent every few months which makes for an unpleasant scary work environment.

      Pros

      The staff at CAE is filled with bright individuals who give it their all when it comes meeting deadlines and making impossible things happen. The hours are very flexible.

      Cons

      Poor on the job training, management is extremely unorganized, constant reorganization and transition periods, treated like a number.
