      - The schedule flexibility is good; - The pension plan is fair; - Good insurance package: life, invalidity, etc.; - The overtime is still paid for non-leadership roles.

      Cons

      - Sometimes lots of pressure; lack of employee recognition; - Job opportunities are limited; - May place people with little or no diploma in leadership positions.

      Overtime paid. Flexi working. Nice location and plenty of free parking.

      Cons

      Managed by pilots not Managers so severely lacking in leadership skills. One puppeteer controlling remainder of Management puppets. HR are not impartial but merely there to do what Management say. No-one to turn to if you are having issues as they don't even follow their own policies & procedures.
