      I appreciate the companies approach for where and when I work. My immediate leadership has been reasonably flexible and supportive.

      Cons

      inconsistencies of support from other departments. recent upgrade to internal work systems has been quite hectic.

      - Work is steady but challenging, lots of projects to work on - A lot of senior staff are supportive and very knowledgeable - Decent work-life balance and great benefits (for now...)

      Cons

      - Company is not what it used to be, recent changes to upper management that are completely disconnected from day-to-day - Petty politics everywhere. Broken promises, rolling back on commitments, playing with semantics, using passive threats, etc. - Leadership starting to become shady, always unsure of what's going on. - Salary, especially increases, not as competitive
