I used to worked for them a long time ago, it was probably the first company in Hungary introducing fun employee perks such as company ski trips, table tennis etc. Their business domain is very exciting however the Hungarian office rather received legacy projects (cheap labour?).

- Micromanagement of logging working hours - Legacy projects most of the time - Lack of expertise in many areas such as web development - Low salaries

Entrenched engineering mindset despite internal messaging of pivot to tech company. Read management operating with waterfall mindset while dev teams operate in agile. Leading to consistent power struggle dynamics.
