      Not exactly a stimulating place to work in....

      Pros

      Good pay, reasonably interesting for someone who has never worked in a simulation environment before (though it gets stale very quickly). Wide variety of projects/customers to work on. Possibility to travel worldwide and make some decent money.

      Cons

      Monotonous tasks, very few pro-active and motivated people to work with. Work schedule which changes on a week-to-week (or day-to-day) basis depending on project situation. Lots of evening and night shifts. Personal time becomes a precious commodity.

      Pros

      -Benefits (insurances are mostly taken care of by employer depending on your plan choices) -Great co-workers. -Products make a difference in the world.

      Cons

      -Constant climate of uncertainty -Culture and values are still not yet defined -Super corporate tightness / politics -Low morale -Can feel like a crab basket at times.

      Great ideas unable to execute.

      Pros

      Great team of people, great product ideas, fun industry, great city.

      Cons

      Poor upper management. Little accountability - teams ran with new ideas and never had to prove they worked/sold well. They were also rarely reined in when such activities went bad. No clear strategic vision. Little visibility on success or strategy.
