      Fantastic healthcare simulation product! Potential to save lives, and educate others to do the same.

      Cons

      Guaranteed 80-100 work weeks, consistently berated by management, miserable outlook for future, no longevity, multiple layoffs, wrongful termination. All the best employees are quitting due to upper management.

      - An amazing product to play with for a young engineer. - Various travel opportunities depending on your system or group.

      Cons

      - The corporate management that has been in place since 2008 has hurt the quality of the product to an level unimaginable by anyone who worked at CAE before that period. When will the customer realize that something has changed for the worst?... - A huge number of experienced employees (10-15-20 years) have left to be replace by young graduates. The total number of years of experience gone must be amazing. - Simulator work schedules are 24hrs. it is not unusual to work on the evening or at night. Even for 20+ years experienced engineer.
