      Pros

      Steady flow of students in varying programs, from varying countries.

      Cons

      The company is vey customer focused, which means that they will back and support the customer before they support the employee/instructor. As an Instructor you have to look out for yourself as the management will not have your back in the slightest. Only a few programs in the building where the students actually speak fluent and comprehensive English. Most programs you won't know your schedule for the next day until 4pm the day before. You are salary, but they usually schedule you to work 10-12hr days 5 days a week, and there is no overtime.

      Pros

      There are no pros here for anyone approaching age of 40 or older.

      Cons

      This company prac blatant age discrimination. They will do whatever they can to get you out of the company once you hit 40. They will lie, harrass you, demote you for no reason, anything to get you out to make way for young employees.

      maybe some sort of flexible schedule (although be ready for loads of overtime)

      Cons

      Management is completely unhelpful, unplanned scheduled, no work-life balance, expect to travel at very short notice without so much preparation.
