      I was lucky to have great senior managers. No micro managing, flexibility and remote working possibility.

      Cons

      During Pandemic many people internationally were fired blaming the financial impact on the company just to learn few months afterward that CAE has purchased several int. companies for several hundred million USD. So as an employee you feel taken for a ride. This leaves a very bad taste in your months and destroys the good memories you had during working there for many years. What a sad ending.
