      Pros

      If you know the Exec: Good work life balance. Full empowerment (do whatever you want, even to mistreat other employees and bully them). Work from home. You can even get your own manager fired if you don't like your boss!! what more can you ask for. The VP is your friend and the HR don't even bother :). The feeling is awesome!!

      Cons

      If you don't know the Exec: You are dead. Put 15 hours a day in still you won't match up the other guy. Don't even dare to challenge or you are out. Constantly worried about if this would get me fired or that, basically you will get fired

      This is the worst place I have ever worked. HR does nothing to help employees when problems are brought forward.workplace bulling by co workers and management. Company is reorganizing every three years and center managers don’t last but three years. In the 10 years I was there we went through 4. HR large turnover in HR and assume it’s because they either realize they can’t follow the laws due to the corporate bs or fired because they won’t. They rehire people who leave and create positions for them. It’s who they like. A lot of HR illegal things going on here.
