      Pros

      Many good work colleagues but UK H.Q. management lacking.

      Cons

      UK management fail to recognise staff aptitudes and achievements and also fail to support staff in pursuance of their duties. Some UK management do not fully embrace the organisations 'One CAE' culture which IS embraced by HQ in Canada and other world wide organisations. In my experience UK exhibits a WW1 'over the top' trench management strategy...... people do not count !!

      Culture is great, people are very nice and welcoming, you work on innovative projecs and really feel like a part of the team. Positive work environment. Highly recommend!
