Holiday days are good and share scheme is potentially good

Cons

Lack of management and consistency. Old boys club mentality. HR are not there to aid the employees . Upper management don't care either despite pretending to. Your mental health will take a beating.

The management, pay reductions, no idea of standards, main problem is " training managers " who aren't " trainers " or " managers " or " pilots " or " instructors " .....focused on money only, no idea about standards or any of the above .
