      Great people and teamwork Dynamic environment Full of thrilling technical challenges Lots of different opportunities Amazing product to work and play with

      Some of the processes are too heavy and kill part of the creativity 1980's environment to work. It is starting to change though

      Good benefits, stock options, personal spending account and company provided RRSPs are all great. Working atmosphere is also good employees are generally happy and move on if not.

      Cons

      Lower pay rationalization because of benefits. Because the company is large it can be slow to change.
