Pros

I was a Member Services Counselor, we sold memberships for Road side assistance, helped with trip planning, route planning, hotel accommodations, sold travel insurance, sold tickets to various theme parks and shows. I loved the versatility

Cons

Sometimes felt overwhelmed when it got super busy, but management always supported us.

Pros

Friendly people, good training for head office, poor for regional agents in-store. Competitive pay for the role and good resources on their intranet. Strong brand that clients have respect for.

Cons

Tenured managers that are oddly unprofessional at times, no interest in your growth. If you want to stay in the same job or become manager/supervisor by banking the years/decades, this place is for you. Clear favorites, the HR team is shockingly weak and management knows/exploits it. Getting a bad rep in the industry.
