Pros

CAA South Central Ontario is a good place to work. The job is challenging but not impossible, the people hired are often at the top of their field and are able to provide good collaborative work.

Cons

Unfortunately some of the people working here have been here a while and as such can show apprehension to trying new things. A barrier, but not impossible to work around.
