The company has a great brand and an interesting business model. The people are generally collegial and want to do their best for the company.

Cons

Exceedingly weak senior management team who are generally under-qualified for the roles they play and functions they lead. This company is not remotely a meritocracy for talented senior people. For more junior positions, it is extremely difficult to dislodge less-capable superiors.

Great people, a satisfying job, decent pay, and you spend your time helping people. Overall it's a really great place to work with little experience required.

Cons

The job can sometimes be excessively exhausting, working very long hours some days, and can be physically exhausting as well.

Pros

Great people, great company history, provides a great service to the community. Promotes internally, great potential growth. This company has been a very profitable company. Curiously a non-profit organization.

Cons

Horrible management in the last 6 years or so, high turnover rates, lots of layoffs and benefits packages for employees are getting worse. Pay increases are exponential for senior management and above, while employee benefits decrease and salary rates of increase are minimal.
