too much politics and upper management do not care about their employees, just the bottom line/their image to the board members, even though it can be a detriment to the company

Very good company, friendly environment.

Cons

Poor leadership from manager. There’s shocking turnover rate in this team. People didn’t quit the job, but quit the manager. Manager’s leadership will never be complimented. Employees can be yelled or rebated anytime, which is extremely unprofessional and rude. Whenever problem came up, team members were never protracted, which was soooooo sad! Increasing workload, micro management, lots of overtime without flexible hours...

Work from home with tons of overtime if you want it.

Cons

Never kept in the loop, never trained efficiently,never encouraged or part of a team. Demoralised when asked questions pertinent to do the job.
