Pros

Difficult to find an example

Cons

Awful, totally unethical and immoral practice is nurtured in upper management. The teams are groomed to back stab and there is a culture of bullying. Split shifts are the norm and there is no respect for home work/ home life balance. If they want to get rid of you, you need to be tough and be prepared for a “managed conspiracy “ designed to make you lose the will to live. HR can only be described as totally corrupt and actively practice in an unethical and probably illegal way. If you are unwell they will use this against you to remove you from the business. If you value your emotional and mental wellbeing and your self esteem avoid this company like the plague

Pros

Great customers and great team to work with, always offering training and support and things to do, it's a home from home and some days are so good it doesn't even feel like a job. You get to know the customers very well as well as your colleagues.

Cons

Some days can be long and in most clubs it's mostly evening work. If you're not careful some busy shifts can be quite stressful but usually everyone kicks in and helps.
