Split shifts make long hours, and the breaks between splits are unpaid. Moreover, the split shifts make you do more than 8 hours a day without an overtime rate.

Salaries not bad but it's average for the job in the area

Cons

Management preach support and pretending to care about mental health, but if you aren't friends with them they will make the most toxic work environment possible. Be prepared for rumours to be made up about you, and non stop gaslighting
