Pros

Worst work culture, and lack of leadership support.

Cons

We use to receive email from management about to follow and complete the ethics and compliance assessment but in my team I have never seen this. I noticed instances of favoritism and office politics that seemed to undermine team cohesion and morale. It became apparent that certain individuals were consistently prioritized over others, regardless of merit or contributions. This favoritism not only affected team dynamics but also created an atmosphere of disengagement and frustration among those who felt overlooked. Additionally, I observed a costly gift given to a manager, which raised concerns about the implications this may have on perceptions of favoritism and ethical conduct within the team. Such actions can erode trust and transparency, leading to an unhealthy work environment. Supervisor name Shashank Rele

Pros

- RSUs - That's it - Nothing else, just RSUs

Cons

- Bad Culture. No culture at all. - Very very eager to lay anyone off. Want to acquire and just kill the company. - Compulsory 5 days WFO. - Attendance tracked, infact everything tracked. Every key stroke. - No concept for Work Life Balance - Feels like you're working in a labor camp in WW2 times. - All employer friendly policies, no employee friendly policies.

Pros

Generous RSUs each quarter Team goals for sales commission, predictable SIP Management is not afraid to tell the customer no, and go into a legal battle with them

Cons

Not a technology company, there's no innovation, lots of divesting in R&D and business units. They are a license renewals and procurement company. They only talk to customers every 3 or 5 years when the ELA comes up. They hold customers hostage. Constantly laying people off, thousands at a time and not sure how they get away with not announcing or reporting to US regulators like other corporations have to. Creates a super toxic environment inside the company and they destroy every company they acquire. People who stay there long term have sold their soul for the RSU pay day. They are heavily medicated if they believe they are actually helping a customer or contributing to innovation.
