You will be surrounded by lot of knowledgeable people. Most of the designers are mtech and phd holders from IITs, IISc or top US universities. Flexible working hours.

Cons

There will be lot of work and some people might find it difficult to strike the work-life balance.

Great company to the worst in just a month after Avago Transition

Interesting work and competitive work culture. Employees are friendly and help new employees to feel comfortable at work. Decent tools and lab equipment.

Cons

Poor people management and weak managers. After Avago transition, its complete chaos, especially from the Immigration perspective. Management corners employees by waiting till the last moment to address Immigration issues.
