Pros

RSU's, generally high pay, very good health insurance, unlimited PTO (If you have good direct management)

Cons

PTO is hard to get the ok for unless you have management that really care about it. RSU's are dependent on annual performance reviews. Annual performance reviews are a forced ranking so regardless of actual performance, there will always be people marked as needing improvement, sub par performance. Everything about the company is about sales, and quotas are unreasonable. Layoffs every year. They do not backfill, so teams are constantly understaffed, and it gets worse year after year. No promotions available. No internal training. Very hard for people to stay proficient. There is no company culture or sense of team

Pros

pay is ok - most compensation is in RSU's

Cons

To reiterate No work from home policy, ALL Utah employees must be 100% in the office this summer. NO raises for the second straight year. Management will treat you like a number, not a human being, regardless of what you bring to the table. Expectations are clear, but tools are rarely provided unless you provide them for yourself.
