Pros

Stable capped pay with very little engagement

Cons

Fake reviews make it impossible to understand how bad it is to work for this company. - Capped commission - No support from management or others. Any issues? Buy your own tissues. - As people are leaving constantly the accounts are rotating faster than the wheel of fortune. Try establishing a good relationship within 3 months of getting an account, after that someone will leave and the accounts will rotate once again. - High expectations with no reason. You will change accounts often, yet you are expected to over deliver constantly. Explaining that managing accounts take longer than 3 months is out of the question.

Pros

Stock option is good. you have to wait for 12 to 15 month to get vested. Tough to get.

Cons

After going through a lots of review for CA Technology from Job Search | Indeed, I really surprised that I have the same thought. Although I found lot's of fake positive reviews on Glassdoor and Glassdoor didn't post my review as well as it is baised with companies. CA Technology Hyderabad is a well famous in Hyderabad about its bad and political work culture. It doesn't need any introduction. Their legacy dump engineers workiing with this org since last 7-10 years and dont allow to sustain any new candidate and make his/her life worst. They trap the candidate in a tricky task and don't provide any legacy knowledgebase. Management layer is totally dump, just made for CA technology. If Broadcom layoffs them, they are eligible to work like a vetor in a restaurants. They are not capable enough to understand product use case and identify the team politics. HR dept is totally dummy. Their job is to force emplyoees to work from office during Covid peak crisis and maintaining in out time. Now if we talk about company level policies, Broadcom itself is not employee oriented company. Still no WFH policy as such only on paper. Maintain in and out time. During covid time, office get open and every day around 50-70 covid cases reports during peak covid. Again Broadcom is famous for layoffs, each and every 3 months, Broadcom having layoffs either officially or silently. In this situation new joinees are the best candidates for layoffs and old gang make this kind of situation. Don't take a risk of carrier with joining specially CA Technology, Hyderabad because it would be tough to rollback at experience level.
