Compensation is pretty good. Everyone gets good amount of bonus through RSU and ESPP plan. Information sharing is also well maintained.

Cons

Too little vacation days. While yearly compensation is good, base salary itself is relatively low.

Very Good engineer. Very Great product. Very Good execution. Very strong market position, strong marketing/sales team. Great people to work with, most time.

Cons

Long working hour. Don't know how to run Asia business. Make the company too struectural, instead of the start-up spriit.
