Challenging work, but not enough time and resource, always very busy. Good team members but many bad managers.

Cons

Work late and see manager go home on time. NO promotion after 4 year. People get lay off end of last year and more work now.

Good company, Nice team, My manager and supervisor used to understand the situation and give me enough time to finish the job rather than rushing.

Cons

Not much collaboration between teams, which is not good for any company. It would have helped me be more productive during my stay at Broadcom.
