maximizing profit with no compromises is all. CEO is deciding everything. Management is just a reporting function. Customers, Partners and Employees are not respected in any way

RSUs Vest quarterly. 100% up to 6% 401k match. Very flexible time off and relaxed atmosphere.

Cons

Constant scorched earth lay-offs. They bought back the fibre optic module team to form OSD then laid off 50% of R&D. Management does not care about quality control. All decisions are driven by the bottom line and Fiscal year Nov, 1. If you company is acquired they will do it after the annual RSU refresh cut-off date NOV 1 so you wont be up for an RSU refresh for over a full year (if you make it that long).
