      * Ability to manage enterprise-level customers within the largest European economies. High management engagement with industry leading companies (G2000) * Exposure to a wide range of software leading technologies, including automation products, cybersecurity, monitoring tools, business management solutions, data/storage management, SW for Mainframes, and the list goes on. * Overachieving team with rewarding commission payouts. Strong and supportive team environment. * Possibility to be part of an almost start-up business structure within a large corporation. Exposed to contribute on defining better processes, sales strategy, go to market strategy and customer coverage structure * Multilingual and international environment with colleagues from all around the globe with a diverse mix of cultures and backgrounds.

      * Lack of internal technical resources in some product areas (it has improved over time) * Business disruption in some geographies due to large acquisitions from Broadcom side * Not a perk oriented company

      Pros

      Very clear in communicating the company vision, strategy, and everyone's role in contributing towards it. You have the ability to make very good money. Hang onto the stock if you have some. Great people in pockets of the company.

      Cons

      Flat organization, emphasis on EPS at the risk of burning customer relationships. Rolling quarterly layoffs make for a no-morale environment. Strong-arm tactics with employees and customers. Not a very pleasant workplace or culture.
