Stock and benefits are good while you are there Lots of quality people to work with

Cons

Requiring revenue growth each year or else layoffs is not a very great environment if you are in an under performing group. Constantly watching revenue each quarter to see if layoffs coming Hock wont let BUs try developing new tech unless there is a guaranteed ROI.

- Less social interaction - Aggressive work culture (which explains good compensation) - Getting work done is important than really understanding/ digesting the concepts behind.

challenging work good rsu Really enjoy the majority of my coworkers. Most are humble, friendly, and skilled. They don't over exert you but challenge you to bring your best. Lots of people to learn from, and you're not micromanaged.

Cons

No work life balance cost cutting Not everyone gets good bonuses. I think the way they assess people could be better. Could have some more events, but usually related to your specific group
