Pros
If you're full time and work decent trips, you can make a lot of money. It's a great way to travel and see the world, You can put in a preference although not guaranteed for where you would like to travel to. Staff travel is great and you can bring people on trips
Cons
It's tiring, you do miss events at home and scheduling is using AI at the moment and making the most ridiculous trips without including sufficient rest- we're hoping that's something that can be changed in the future.
