Pros

Staff Travel and travel routes.

Cons

Overworked for bad pay. You're just a number and not a person. They purposely make differences between the cabin crew fleets so they'll be too distracted by the differences to team up against the company.

Pros

The people are really nice and everyone's friendly. Everyone helps each other out when it's comes to shifts and helping you if you stuck on something. The have right to request (after six months) which is great if you want set hours aslong as the company think it's okay and suites business needs. I worked 4 days doing 10 hour but always had Thursday, Friday and Saturday Off If you love talking about travel and airlines this is a good place to start your career. You also get to fly down to Heathrow in training which is fun.

Cons

The wage isn't the best for the amount of stress you have to cope with, £16,300 pa basic. Plus Shift Allowance & PRP at £105 a month. The Office is way out of Manchester centre centre and traffic is a nightmare, 3 year waiting list for car parking space but the grounds are nice. Food is basic in the canteen and offices are either cold in winter or hot in summer. Staff travel isn't all that unless your a TL or Management. Unless your going to a destination with ATLEAST 3 Flights a day don't risk going if your new to the company, wait till you have your J Class Tickets. (After 5 years) .. I was stuck in Vegas for 2 days and no jump seat available and it turned out to be an expensive holiday. Some Team Leaders are all very clicky and rude and don't seem to care about there agents, instead they are to busy focuses on Call Stats and finding one on the floor is impossible as they love their meetings.
