Where do I start.... Very poor management, you are treated like just a number from your ID, no respect from team leaders, bullying culture exists, always spying on you and treating you like a school child. Very dissatisfied with the environment, very depressing environment and shift hours are very very bad. You mainly work 6 days on 2 days off 8 hrs a day. Overtime is only 8 hours, you cannot do 1 hour or 2 hours extra. you also feel like your at school when you finish work for instance at 2200hrs you have to wait at the machine for 2200hrs to tap the machine, all of us in line, you feel like a student or dare I say it like some prisoner waiting to go home. Very sad to say all this but this is the truth.

Company do not listen to their staff. Benefits are being axed. Pay is not a living wage. Mixed Fleet are treated as disposable and not valued for the work they do. Company are turning into a low cost model
