Pros

Good for stalkers only. Filled with some hotness.

Cons

Their policies start and end at their own revenue. Every clause and sub clause is designed in a way to stop incentives from going into the hands of the employees. Obviously the MD is a lady and being a gold digger she would not let money go out if her hands. Team leaders are of no use. If you work honestly they give you more work. If the same person takes a single leave in a year, they will stop his incentives. Moral of the story, American Express would give you four times they pay you could get in two months over here

Pros

Sometimes it can be very flexible. You will be working with colleagues (not all) who are great and are lovely. You become a family and support each other (only the ground team) that is. Very easy job to do too, there is a lot of down time but I don't see that lasting any longer as there are more people leaving than coming in. Good experience.

Cons

They say that it can be very flexible but can actually re-roster you after you had worked so hard to swap that shift, so people who have kids, be wary of this one. Also, you don't get enough support from the management team, they don't listen. They change everything from already bad to worse. They are all laughing because they get their bonuses which are high and then leave it all up to the ground team to deal with problems as they are the one facing unhappy customers. The name of BA had changed as it has to compete with other airline, well, it is actually competing with budget carriers such as easyjet and others, they are not compete with premium airline like they used to i.e. Emirates, Lufthansa, Qatar. You will also be the one facing an unhappy customer about that, why they had to pay etc. More importantly, the shifts will kill you. You are working hard shifts, yes alot of downtime airside but if you are in check in, it will kill you. The lateness and sickness programmes are harsh, being marked down for one min late even if there is a crash or problem on your way to work. They wont take that into account most of the time. Their sickness policy is disgusting. You pretty much cant be sick or cant be late.
