Pros

benefit plan hiring bonus of 750 if you successfully pass 2 weeks training and if you are hired at the end. training is paid if you are hired, not paid if you are not. need class 3 driver licence to get considered

Cons

does not pay you back for the fees associated with applying at bsp for the special work study permit for training. does not pay you back for costs associated with getting a PPA and driver licence since it's a job requirement to even apply. you need a full licence to work full time there. starting pay is less than 26$ for a job that has real danger while other companies in same field may pay substantially higher. even a licenced class 3 driver gets paid substantially higher with no physical danger involved. pay goes up by 0.50 to 1$ per year for the position. a high turnover rate will do a full medical exam on you before hiring. the position of armed guard and driver of armored vehicle requires a class 3 minimum licence or higher job is exclusively night shift you are on call for 7 days/ week

Pros

Have a global presence and diversity

Cons

For a company that touts itself as existing over 165 years, they operate like an unorganized mom and pop small business. They take advantage of workers to make them to the point of exhaustion. They discriminate based on gender and race while keeping around incompetent employees for almost ten years. They discriminate against workers with disabilities and fire people with medical needs. They offer no upward mobility and training assistance. They even fail to collect their company laptops. They have a dying business.
