Pros

The staff is very nice. Teachers look out for each other.

Cons

The pay sucks. There is always and excuse to not give employees raises. Never closes for inclement weather. 10 ft of snow Brightside is still open. Management is inconsistent with state regulations and try to pin their mistakes on staff.

Overtime is awesome as a cook. You meet awesome people for the most part. The children are amazing and will fall in love with you everyday

It's like being in high school all over again especially if you get the wrong academy director
