Classrooms are always out of ratios, always. There is no respect whatsoever throughout the whole organization If you are not apart of a clique then you are singled out and become a walking target Barely get a lunch break and when you do take one, you are made to feel guilty because once again they are out of ratio No cost of living increase or raises given to the folks that actually work. Raises are only given to corporate staff for a job not well done. Teacher turnaround is high. Here today, gone tomorrow!

Management does not know what they are doing. Over ratio all the time. Not enough teachers everyday. Dirty, even after lice, roaches, bed bugs. I was suspended, not even given a time frame, no one asked me my side of the story. They don't care about their teachers. Teachers working there with no fingerprints. Drama seems to be the topic of the day, not teaching the children. Kids being taken in without swipes, which means title 20 doesn't matter.
