      Don't Waste Your Time or Skills

      Pros

      There are no Pro's this place is just as horrible as every former employee has said it is.

      Cons

      This is the most unorganized and disengaged organization I ever worked for. Employees leave as soon as they come in (turnover is ridiculous), teachers aren't valued or appreciated. Office staff are treated like teenagers instead of professionals. There's no honesty or transparency. Culture? Please there is none, this place was a complete waste of my time. The work environment was boring and there's no such think of work/life balance. This place is truly old school and i don't see it ever progressing or growing into the 21 century. I should've listened to the reviews and the reputation prior to joining.

      Pros

      The only good thing about this company is the people that work here.

      Cons

      There is no trust from upper level management. The COO will yell at people for conversing with one another, There are crazy strict rules about clocking in and out, even for salaried employees. For some reason we work 8-5 and get an hour break so we are on the clock for a full 8 hours, whereas every single other company in america, if you are a salaried employees work 8 hours and that includes their lunch break. This place constantly feels like you are being watched and judged, and that you could be fired at any moment for something stupid. I hate feeling this uneasy at my workplace. They also don't pay very well, so overall if you're thinking about working here, don't.

      Working with families and children.

      Cons

      Organization cares more about quantity than quantity. Has no respect for the individuals they serve. Very discriminatory. No real benefits of being salaried employee. Pay falls well below the pay scale. Culture of these sites need adjusting.
