The only good thing about this company is the people that work here.
Cons
There is no trust from upper level management. The COO will yell at people for conversing with one another, There are crazy strict rules about clocking in and out, even for salaried employees. For some reason we work 8-5 and get an hour break so we are on the clock for a full 8 hours, whereas every single other company in america, if you are a salaried employees work 8 hours and that includes their lunch break. This place constantly feels like you are being watched and judged, and that you could be fired at any moment for something stupid. I hate feeling this uneasy at my workplace. They also don't pay very well, so overall if you're thinking about working here, don't.
