Pros

There were alot of pros until the new owners took over. Now the only pros are a few other great co workers

Cons

don't pay for mileage or daycare anymore. Pay is very low and they expect you to work alot of hours plus do what ever other duties they need you to do whenever they need it; this includes running multiple center, cleaning trash up or cleaning the bathooms if needed

Pros

A stepping stone and the experience working in a childcare setting.

Cons

Poor Management. No care for the kids No support for staff, kids could be as disrespectful as they wanted without consequence. Always out of ratio. Long hours. Pay. Turnover Rate. No room for growth or raises.

Pros

One other teacher there was amazing and actually taught the children. Other than that there are no pros to say.

Cons

Management was a disaster. Always sitting in the office not caring. Teachers always out of ratio. Kids had no discipline and when you needed help with a problem child, management didn't care. Other teachers were so awful, never taught. Treated other teachers like crap. Saw some sleeping on the job. Absolutely the worst place I worked. And when corporate was told, everything was swept under the rug.
