Stable hours, positive environment, opportunity for professional growth, paid trainings and meetings, great benefits, convinient location to travel by bus and really making a positive difference for our inner city kids. We promote a Home Away From Home environment.

Cons

It's hard to call out because our job is in demand. Being a Teacher is essential to the field so we Teachers have to go to work. So it can be difficult to Call Out or be late.

Teachers are dedicated and hard workers. Good culture - teaching young children to be successful in PreK! Benefits are full package, fun to work with young children, lots of hugs.

Having the weekend off, and the children.

Cons

Low pay, There's a new president of the company every other month, The directors are not qualified, The owners do not care about these minority children they're more concerned with the other daycare that they own. They do not appreciate their staff or enrolled families.The tuition is entirely too high considering where the sites are located. They need to throw the whole company away. Do not apply here.
