Direct upper management is good.

Cons

Pay scale/raises is incredibly unfair and the company does not care about you at all. CEO even say he does not bother to get to know employees by name due to high turnover rate. Run before it is too late.

Dear Reviewer, It is unfortunate that you feel our pay scale is unfair and that our CEO doesn’t know the names of our employees. If you have previously met our CEO, you would know that he takes a personal interest in the welfare of all employees, and when speaking with any of them identifies them by name and gives them the utmost respect. Our CEO would not make such a remark, regardless of our turnover. Brightside Academy’s goal, is to remain fair, consistent, and competitive with pay practices. Our current pay rates and benefits are amongst the highest nationwide and conform to PA Keys lattice levels. Brightside offers free benefits to our employees to assist with career advancement such as obtaining a AA or BA in ECE. Please feel free to reach out to HR for additional guidance.

None. The company is a disaster and desperate for people.

Cons

Abusive people towards kids and staff. Was forced off my lunch early to fill in a staffing gap because someone came back half an hour late. The late person wasn't reprimanded and I lost half my lunch.

None! There is nothing positive about this whole operation

Cons

The staff was rude and not willing to work with us about anything. They told my wife that "nobody likes her" and were not willing to talk to me about anything. when marks were found on my son they blamed us for it. There is no way this day care should be in operation. The whole place was rude and arrogant. And that is how they treated us when my wife worked for them. Imagine how they will act when your just a customer.
