I have lost my commission twice, I was promised as a new hire I wouldn't lose my commission my first month and received zero, they have awful communication skills, and will do anything to skip out on paying you, they also ask you to drive120 moles a day for two weeks, no mileage paid, they ALSO expect you to go to constant meetings that are seemingly useless and eat up your personal time. Do not work here unless you don't mind bouncing around alot.

All the love I had for sales was ruined by constant restructuring of pay. Every time making it easier to lose all the commission you have earned that month. They give you quotas based on a city population in a town of 10,000 people and discipline you if you dont makr the quota. So they pay us 8 dollars an hour and take all of our commision every month. And after all this, they believe they still give us incentive to sell.
