$9.25 an hour is barely above minimum wage, and with the commission, on average you’re making $12.50 an hour, and at most you’re making $15.50 an hour. On average, a typical representative makes $20k-28k a year, so their quoted salary is misleading. There is also heavy micromanaging via cameras in store, which record both audio and video. I realize they are trying to improve your performance, but the way they do it is with negative connotation. Expect to stand most the day, as sitting is not allowed except on break. Be prepared to quote high or give white lies to customers about plans or protection to hit your metrics.
