Pros

None that I can think of

Cons

Hourly rate below market rate w competition. They literally will do everything to cheat you out of commissions. Management offers no help to true up commissions against sales reporting. Manage thru threats and intimidation. Mgmt dummies up positive reviews to offset real reviews.

Pros

Honestly no pros working for this company other than my coworkers.

Cons

The list is too long regarding cons but nonetheless these are the most important ones... 1. Pay your hardworking employees more money people put in a lot of work for insufficient pay 2. Get better upper management. The inconsistency of leadership is frustrating and doesn’t give the people the support they need. 3. Stop promoting people who don’t deserve it. A lot of people in the store level leadership don’t deserve their position and are only appointed it cuz the dms are desperate to staff their stores.

Pros

There was no pros working for this company.

Cons

This by far was the worst company i’ve ever worked for, they absolutely have no idea what they are doing. They are bullies. Brightstar corporate came into the store recently when we all quit and told one of my employees “You could complain all you want i’m still not going to give a shit” who says that to an employee? that is telling them how they feel about the company and the mess they’ve been putting us through. I had to work open to closes everyday so did my two employees we had no staff because everyone is leaving this place, it’s horrible. They change up commission structures every other month so their employees don’t get paid, and they always don’t wanna pay you or mess up your pay or deduct anything because they’re so cheap.
