Pros

Dynamic and international work environment

Cons

Very political company with managers that spend more time managing "up" than supporting and managing their teams. There's an extremely high turnover amongst its employees as development & growth is almost non-existent (unless you play the political game) and work life balance is completely off (working from 7 am until 7 pm is more the rule than te exception). This makes the overall environment very cold and standoffish. The job itself can be challenging which is great, but there's still no feedback culture and therefore no room for development or growth. The HR department can easily remove the "H(man)" from its name - they're not very present in the company (even HRBP's focus mainly on higher management) and are more interested in systems, than in actually providing added value for the business and the people.

Pros

There is nothing for the Pros section. Bare minimum Compensation & Benefits

Cons

Sadly, women are still being view as sexual objects. If they refuse to have a group meal together with the expat, they are being view as uncooperative, not familiar with the culture. Worst case scenario, you are being branded as difficult or incompetence. Please think twice before joining.

Pros

- Good place to start career, exposure to many different challenges - Ambience among lower level staff is good - Positive twist since couple of years as company aims to transform into a "great place to work" - Opportunity to drive a nice company car from low-management level

Cons

- Political environment - moving towards "performance driven" evaluations, however, still highly subjective ratings by management. - "A few apples ruining a whole lot", some incompetent managers are remaining for no obvious reason - Low pay (compared to overall corporate aspirations) - Uncertainty in organizational structure and constant changes.
