      No real competition over salary. You know what is expected. Not too clicky. Good benefits and competitive pay. Location convient.

      Cons

      No real way to advance easily. Easier jobs are hoarded and kept for years. No real incentive to work hard.

      pay is very good compared to industry standards if you meet basic qualifications and they like you, your in right away

      Cons

      benefits don't match pay vacation is minimal communication with employees is minimal senior management are selfish and work for there bonus senior management degrade employees

      As industry leader, it is surely a Global brand with great quality tires. The products are recognised worldover and customer recognises the quality.

      Cons

      Company hierarchy and the way promotions and benefits are given to employees. More benefits and rewards based on only years of work experience in past, irrespective of performance, education and skills.
