      Bridgestone has flexibility, work environment, comradery among employees, strong branding, great resources and world class execution with certain product lines.

      Cons

      Bridgestone is too slow to react to the ever changing market which allows the competition to gain ground and market share. Sometimes a company as big as Bridgestone loses sight of the goal being as large as they are.
