      Pros

      Great career exposure n experience. I have nothing good about BS in mind that I can comment on. My only advice, think twice before you join.

      Cons

      Lousy team work and lousy team leader. Unreasonable tight deadline with no proper instruction. Bad human relationship among teammates. Unprofessional leading attitude frm team leader n practice favoritism and bias against certain staffs.

      Pros

      Bonus is pretty good because it's on a monthly basis if you are managing a profitable store. Bonuses can range from $500 to over 4k.

      Cons

      Not every store is profitable...Some if not most stores will not get a bonus at all. Too much staff movement in stores and turnover is high. Most stores are way under staffed.
