Bridgestone #1 of the tire industry is transforming itself in Europe for the better. There is an increasing focus on customers and end users. Speed of action is increasing and bureaucracy decreasing favouring an entrepreneur spirit. There are common values employees are sharing

Cons

Intense work but very stimulating. Need to be able to manage ambiguity given the amount of changes happening in the company on the last 12 months.
